Anacocoa Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
2 tablespoons hot chocolate mix (or cocoa powder)
Sugar (to taste)
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Boil the Water: In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add Spices: Once boiling, add the cinnamon stick and star anise. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Mix Hot Chocolate: In a separate bowl, combine the hot chocolate mix (or cocoa powder) with a little bit of the hot water to make a smooth paste.
Combine: Remove the saucepan from heat and strain out the spices. Add the hot chocolate mixture to the infused water, stirring well to combine.
Season: Add sugar to taste and a pinch of salt, stirring until dissolved.
Serve: Pour into mugs and enjoy your Anacocoa hot chocolate warm!
